One of the larger and more complex projects your HOA is taking on is the
updating of our neighborhood Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
(CC&R’s) and Bylaws governing documents. 

Given the importance of the proposed changes we are creating a
“town hall” Special Meeting for all of us to come together to discuss,
clarify, and share perspectives.  We all learn from each other and so all
are encouraged to attend.  The process timeline is as follows:

*       Special Meeting: November 3, 2022. 7:30pm – 9pm at Cerar’s – 10916
Hamilton Pass.  Discuss, clarify, and listen to view points.  (No decisions
will be voted on at this meeting.)
*       Special Meeting “minutes” will be distributed by email to the
neighborhood with potential changes:  November 7, 2022
*       Special Meeting “neighborhood vote” on proposed CC&R’s and Bylaws:
November 21, 2022. 7:30pm – 9pm at Cerar’s – 10916 Hamilton Pass
