History

Quaker Ridge started to take shape in the mid-90s as construction on the first homes began on property that was once farmland.

In April 2017, in order to more effectively manage their own interests,  the residents of Quaker Ridge separated from The Legends of Geist and created a smaller HOA for the 65 homes within the neighborhood. The transition has allowed homeowners and the HOA to focus more attention on the immediate needs of Quaker Ridge.
